Endocare supports a number of Regional Training Workshops (RTWs) across the USA. RTWs are single day training courses involving cryo dialogue and live case observations with an experienced cryosurgeon. Depending on the specific RTW site, training is available for prostate cryoablation only, renal cryoablation only, or combination prostate and renal cryoablation. After attending an RTW, a certificate of completion will be issued by Endocare.
Endocare's National Training Workshops (NTWs) offer physicians an in depth education on cryoablation. The courses typically run for one and a half days and involve a didactic review and live case observations of both prostate and renal cryoablation. After attending an NTW, a certificate of completion will be issued by Endocare.
For physicians who qualify, Endocare provides a Proctorship Program consisting of one-on-one, surgeon-to-surgeon cryoablation proctoring by an experienced cryosurgeon in your Operating Room. Endocare's minimum case requirement for proctoring is three cases per event for prostate and two cases per event for renal.
